There was an unsuccessful attempt to remove an ATM on Silvercreek Parkway early on Thursday morning.
Guelph Police say it was around 4:55 am when they responded to an alarm triggered by glass breaking at a “Silvercreek Parkway financial institution.”
The glass was found broken out with a large chain on the ground, but the Automated Banking Machine was not “dislodged”, according to the police statement.
Police were on the scene early on Thursday.
