A cyclist was clipped by a pickup truck on the east end of Guelph early Monday morning and Police are seeking witnesses in the hit-and-run.
The rider and their electric bike are largely unharmed, aside from minor injuries, according to a Guelph Police statement on Tuesday.
Authorities describe the vehicle that hit the rider as an “early 90’s model Chevy pickup truck red in colour”. It is thought to be a two-door extended cab with tinted windows and carrying a wheelbarrow and other “construction type equipment.”
